Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Delivery costs

• Standard UK delivery: £4.99

• Free standard UK delivery on orders of £50 or more

Some products, such as our Portable 3-in-1 Mini Air Cooler Fan, include free tracked UK delivery regardless of order value — this is shown on the product page and at checkout.

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 7–15 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, or because of courier delays outside our control.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Orders with several items

Our products are sent from different warehouses, so if you order more than one item they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You will only be charged delivery once.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, please email us at ramasly12355@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help, including sending a replacement or a refund where appropriate.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll try to update it before your order ships.
